Return Policy

All items are print to order from our warehouse and personalized to you therefore cannot be exchanged or returned. They are final sale due to the nature of the process.

 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are ordering their correct size based on our sizing charts in the graphic/colour they choose. We will not exchange or return based on buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. No exceptions.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. You are required to email info@copperlayne.com prior to a return with photo proof and a detailed description. It will then be determined if it fits our return guidelines for production damages.


 

**Any returns not covered by the policies above are handled on a case-by-case basis and are decided upon our discretion.**
